Workshop on Time-resolved spectroscopy

The coordinator, still at
Politecnico di Milano, conducted this hands-on workshop to
introduce into the dynamics of photoexcited states: how to
measure them and how to develop a photophysical model out of
dynamic spectroscopic data. Invited experts gave tutorial talks.

school, organized by the Glasgow group, was
focused entirely on the so-called
complementary skills. Interactive workshops
were focused on: ethics in science, working
with news media, oral presentation skills
(video training course), and management of
a work group including funding
acquisition.
